HostForWeb’s competitive advantage relies on the depth of our technical support team. On staff we have system administrators who have real world programming experience, and have virtually dealt with many different hosting problems. All of our system administrators go through vigorous recruiting procedures and at least have, on average, 4 years of web hosting experience. We are confidant that our support team can quickly solve any hosting issue. Since we do not outsource our support, we have more control and stability and our clients clearly benefit from this.

Our primary market is individuals who need reliable and intelligent support. Most of our clients have been with us for numerous years and that main reason is because of our established support team. We also cater to small to midsize companies that need hosting solutions at affordable pricing.
How is your company planning for the future?
We are seeing tremendous growth with our VPS packages. I still believe that the VPS market is the beginning growth stage, and as more people learn about virtual private severs that more web hosting companies will provide this service.

WE offer 24-7-365 support via phone, livechat, and help desk. That means all major Holidays as well. We also started our own forum where our customers can interact with each other.
